We typically coordinate all the design elements and aspects of the job including drawings, consulting engineers, city or county approvals, preliminary construction cost estimation, and construction observation for our clients.
How soon can you get started?
We are usually very busy and have a system in place to take new projects into our office. We set various meetings and interviews to make sure our goals are aligned and that we are the right company to fullfil your needs. Our usual start time is about 2-4 weeks but it will all depend on the project type.
how much are your professional fees?
We are licensed professionals in multiple states in the U.S. and our fees are a reflection of the value we bring to your project. Our fee structure is usually fixed or on an hourly basis not to exceed an amount previously agreed. It is also estimated on the complexity of your project. Usually we can determine our fees after a few meetings and once we have the right information.
I have never hired an architect before so what does the proccess looks like?
