Jamie Evans

Jamie handles our public relationships and in charge of creating new connections while straightening existing ones. Her attention to details, aesthetics, and design have made her a critical component of our every day operation. One of her many passions are photography, architecture, and historic preservation.

Shannon Suarez, NCIDQ, LEED AP

Lead designer

Shannon has over 18 years of professional design experience. She leads the design of our projects from concept to completion. Her knowledge of local codes and planning jurisdiction adds an incredible value to our design team not to mention her involvement with our production team, city plan check, and client meetings. She also produces our schematic design, and design development packages for our client approval. She spends on her free time playing Legos with her two children and hiking with their family dog.

Vadim Zanko

Project manager

Vadim Zanko manages our production department. His experience, on over dozens of projects, between commercial and residential architecture complement his sensible approach to blend architecture and engineering. He serves our company by maintaining the highest standard of care and quality in all our documentation and instruments of services we provide. He helps our company maintain the great reputation established, over the past years, by delivering high quality projects on time and on budget. He has also devoted his time and energy to implement new practical and sustainable approaches for the benefit of his own community. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about composing, writing, and performing music during his time of leisure.

mary parker

Production Coordinator

With a Master Degree in architecture Mary coordinates all drafting aspecs on all phases of our projects . She is a talented and dedicated professional with a grasp on multiple softwares including BIM and CAD. Mary is not a stranger to the architectural and design community as she is also known for being a passionate participant at Renaissance fairs through our region on her spare time.

Jay Zapata, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Founding principal

Jay is passionate about delivering exceptional projects on time and on budget. With over 12 years of professional experience, in both residential and commercial projects, he is considered one of the best in the field, in his category, to implement innovative technical solutions and deliver a thoughtfully composed design. His effective approach to financial cost savings while delivering exceptional design solutions has gained him popularity among his clients and peers. He also have a high level of sensitivity for the protection of our natural environment and existing build environment and community.

His commitment for the architectural profession lead him to became President of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Pasadena and Foothill Chapter in 2019 and after serving as a board of directors for several years. He currently serves the organization with the goal of advancing forward the architectural profession. He has received multiple awards for his high achievements in the architectural world at the regional level and for his involvement as an advocate for the architect’s profession at the national level at our nation's capital. You can find him on his free time spending time in the outdoors with his wife and young children.
