We typically coordinate all the design aspects of the job including drawings, consulting engineers, city or county approvals, preliminary construction cost estimation, and construction observation for our clients. Services can be customized from interior, landscape, audio, and video to just architecture.
How soon can you get started?
We have a system in place in order to take new projects into our office. We set various meetings and interviews to make sure our goals are aligned and that we are the right company to fullfil your needs. Our usual start time is about 2-6 weeks but it will all depend on your project type.
how much are your professional fees?
We are licensed professionals in multiple states in the U.S. and our fees are a reflection of the value we bring to your project. Our fee structure is usually fixed or on an hourly basis not to exceed an amount agreed. It is also estimated on the complexity of your project. Usually we can determine our fees after a few meetings and once we have the right information.
